You are the primal Deity, the ancient and eternal Supreme Person.
You are the ultimate refuge and foundation of this entire universe.
You are both the knower and the object to be known, and the supreme abode.
O Infinite One of countless forms, the whole universe is pervaded by You.
Arjuna recognises that Krishna is not merely a divine being but the primordial source, sustainer, and ultimate reality of the cosmos. He is simultaneously the knower (subject), the knowable (object), and the supreme goal of knowledge. The entire universe exists and functions only because it is pervaded and supported by the Infinite Reality manifesting in countless forms.

In the cave of the intellect (the inner heart), there exists Brahman, the supreme Reality—distinct from both the manifest (sat) and the unmanifest (asat), the one ultimate truth without a second.
Whoever abides in that inner cave, realizing Brahman as one's own Self, never again enters the cave of the body (womb)—that is, such a person is not subject to rebirth.
The verse teaches that Brahman, the non-dual Reality, is realized within the purified intellect (buddhi-guhฤ). When a seeker recognizes this Brahman as their own Self and firmly abides in that knowledge, the cycle of birth and death ends.
Self-realization leads to liberation (mokแนฃa), freeing the knower from further embodiment.
HAVE A BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL DAY
