Arjuna says:
“Tell me, who are You in this fierce form? O supreme Deity, I bow to You—be gracious. I wish to know You, the primal One, for I do not understand Your purpose or activity.”
Overwhelmed by the cosmic vision, Arjuna surrenders in humility. Awe gives way to devotion and inquiry. He recognizes the Lord as the ฤdi (Primal Reality) yet admits his limitation in grasping the divine will. The verse marks the shift from fear to ลaraแนฤgati—seeking understanding through surrender.

That which is free from differentiation; whose essence is never non-existent; which is unmoved like the ocean without waves; the ever-free; of indivisible Form – that Brahman art thou, meditate on this in thy mind.
This verse invites deep contemplation on the nature of Brahman as one’s own Self.
Brahman is without division or difference, its essential nature never negated or altered. It is perfectly still, like a vast ocean untouched by waves, symbolizing absolute changelessness amid apparent motion. Ever free and eternal, it is not bound by time, space, or causation. Though appearing as many, its reality remains undivided and formless.
The instruction “Tat tvam asi” urges the seeker to internalize this truth—to meditate upon and realize that this immutable, ever-liberated Brahman is none other than one’s own ฤtman. Liberation lies not in becoming something new, but in recognizing what one eternally is.
HAVE A BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL DAY
