“Seeing Your mouths, terrible with fangs and blazing like the fire of Time, I lose all sense of direction and find no peace. Be gracious, O Lord of gods, O Abode of the universe.”
At this moment, Arjuna is overwhelmed. Until now, Krishna was his friend, charioteer, guide. Suddenly, he beholds the infinite cosmic form—radiant, all-devouring, beyond human comprehension.
He sees:
Warriors rushing into those blazing mouths,
The inevitability of death,Time (Kฤla) as the ultimate destroyer. This is not merely fear of death. It is the shock of seeing Reality without the comforting veil of familiarity.
The phrase เคाเคฒाเคจเคฒเคธเคจ्เคจिเคญाเคจि (like the fire of Time) is crucial. Krishna is not acting as destroyer — He is Time itself.
Arjuna’s fear arises because:
He still identifies with body and relations. The ego trembles before the Absolute. When individuality confronts Totality, the first response is awe — often terror.
Yet this vision is not cruelty. It is Truth.
Before surrender comes humility. Before grace comes the breaking of certainty.
Thus Arjuna prays:
เคช्เคฐเคธीเคฆ เคฆेเคตेเคถ — “Be gracious.”
This marks the transition from argument to surrender.

That which is projected due to delusion, when examined through discrimination, is found to be nothing but its substratum and not separate from it.
The varied and wonderful dream-world disappears upon waking. When one awakens, was that dream-world ever truly experienced as something separate from oneself?
Ignorance projects multiplicity. Discrimination reveals non-duality.Just as the dream world is not separate from the dreamer, the perceived universe is not separate from Consciousness. When true knowledge dawns, difference is understood as appearance—not reality.
HAVE A BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL DAY
