𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

       

ॐ 

असतो मा सद्गमय। 

तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। 

मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय।

ॐ शांतिः शांतिः शांतिः

𝔹𝕙𝕒𝕘𝕧𝕒𝕕𝕘𝕚𝕥𝕒

द्यूतं छलयतामस्मि तेजस्तेजस्विनामहम् |

जयोऽस्मि व्यवसायोऽस्मि सत्त्वं सत्त्ववतामहम्|| 10.36||

I am the gambling of the cheats and the splendor of the splendid. I am the victory of the victorious, the resolve of the resolute, and the virtue of the virtuous.

This word should be carefully understood. It is definitely not a licence given to gamblers to carry on their fraudulent business. It is only an affirmation of the existence (astitvam) of the Lord in essence in every one of the activities, good and bad, carried on in the world. Good people carry on good work, and the bad bad work, and they reap the consequences accordingly. But the Lord is present in essence in all.

The Lord is victory. The Lord is determination. The aspirant has to realise the universality of the Lord by seeing Him everywhere, in all qualities and actions. His manifestation is to be realised in the splendid, good and eminent things. His existence (astitvam) is to be realised in all things.

𝕍𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕜𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕦𝕕𝕒𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕚

विशोक आनन्दघनो विपश्चित्

स्वयं कुतश्चिन्न बिभेति कश्चित् ।

नान्योऽस्ति पन्था भवबन्धमुक्तेः

विना स्वतत्त्वावगमं मुमुक्षोः ॥ll 222 ll

The wise one, established in the Self, is free from sorrow and is of the very nature of bliss. Such a person fears nothing whatsoever. For the seeker of liberation, there is no other path to freedom from saṃsāra except the direct realization of one’s own true nature.

This śloka delivers a decisive Advaitic proclamation:

Freedom is a state of being, not becoming.Liberation is not an achievement in time but recognition of what one already is — ānandaghana, fullness itself. Fear ends with Self-knowledge. Fear belongs to identification with body, mind, and world. When one abides as the Self, svayaṃ, fear has no footing.

No substitute for Self-realization

Rituals, actions, austerities, or even refined philosophies cannot sever bhava-bandha. They may prepare the mind, but knowledge alone liberates.

The path is singular and non-negotiable

The śloka leaves no ambiguity:

“नान्योऽस्ति पन्था” — there is no other way.

Liberation is impossible without svatattva-avagama — direct insight into one’s own essential nature.

The mark of the liberated sage

Sorrowlessness (viśoka), fearlessness (abhaya), and fullness (ānanda) are not cultivated traits — they are natural expressions of Self-knowledge.

In one line:

Bondage ends not by changing life, but by knowing who truly lives.
