Spiritual Retreat at Chinmay Tapovan, Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh

By the grace of worshipful Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a 15-day residential course at Chinmay Tapovan, Sidhbari (Himachal Pradesh) in June 2025.

The course offered a rich and integrated study of Ṣaḍ-Darśana and Contemplative Meditation, taught with clarity and depth by Pujya Swami Tejomayanandaji and Swami Prakarshanandaji. The experience was profoundly fulfilling—both intellectually illuminating and spiritually transformative, leaving a lasting imprint on contemplation and inner discipline.
